Routine inspection and servicing protect a moveable wall’s longevity, acoustic integrity and ease of use. Regular servicing also ensures compliance to Health and Safety at work Act 1974 which include, but not limited to, Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER). Regular servicing can you see many walls last for up to 25 years.

Semi Automatic Operable Wall or Moving Wall systems vary considerably in their quality and performance, these can be troublesome if not well maintained, we have the knowledge and the electronic capabilities to maintain these systems.

With the experience and knowledge of numerouse movable wall systems and in depth knowledge of semi automatic systems our engineers are able to carry out most repairs on most systems, we offer a reliable and honest service at reasonable cost. On completion we will provide the necessary documentation to satisfy H&S & insurance requirements.

We can in certain circumstances carry out a remanufacture of some systems and bring them back to as new,

Poor Maintenance

Lack of regular maintenance results in failures, some can be catastrophic and resulting in death with panels falling from the tracks. Lack of maintenance  can have serious repercussions and is a failure of statutory H&S law.

We recommend at a minimum servicing annually increasing to up to 3 times a year dependent upon frequency of usage and system type, some systems are built better than others and some system types are better suited to more frequent use, we will be able to advise after the first service.
